Special Trophy
SPECIAL CLUB TROPHY AWARDS
Truro City Swimming Club has an historial past with some great swimmers.
Each year at the club swimming championships it is great to watch all of the age groups compete for the bragging rights within their own club and their swimming team mates. The successful champions of the events each year are presented with trophies that have been handed down over the years.
Reminiscing at the names past and present detailed on the trophies makes great viewing, with the ambition of many of the younger swimmers throughout the swimming club trying to emulate many of the seniors as they pass through the age groups.
However as well as the event stroke trophies whic are important the swimming club also recognises those swimmers who have contributed additional throughout the season, this is recognised by 12 special trophies that are awarded.
